Let me first say that I am by no means a pro at cooking barbecue. This was my first attempt, and I got thumbs up from all of the men in my house. So, I thought I would share this with you.
I purchased pork ribs, and this wonderful pre-mixed rub. (cheating I know, but easy for someone who is new to this) I washed the ribs, and rubbed them down well with the mix on both sides. Then, I took some brown sugar, and rubbed that all over too.
I covered the pan with foil, and cooked them at 250 for 4 hours. Then, I took them out of the oven and cover them in barbecue sauce. I would have then had my hubby put them on the grill, but we had a rain storm. I’m never going to complain about rain, we need it so very bad. So, I just covered them up and put them back in the oven for another hour.
